Trish has 14 years of experience teaching reformer and mat Pilates fitness and rehabilitation classes. She was first introduced to Pilates in 2000 after a neck injury. The severeness of the injury meant that she could not return to her usual workout routine and group fitness classes. Starting with private classes for several months and gradually moving into semi-private classes, her passion for Pilates quickly grew. Trish became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2010.
Trish is particularly interested in caring for older Australians and showcasing the importance of strength through breath, flexibility, balance, and stretching. She also focuses on falls prevention for people of all ages. Trish is committed to the principles of Joseph Pilates and offers a pure program of flowing movements that balance, align, and condition your whole body.
